Help filling out the adding location form.

 

LOCATION NAME

Typically this is your name for a residence but if this is a business then the business name would be good.

 

CONTACT PERSON

The person to contact when needing a charge.

 

ADDRESS

Street address of the location.

 

CITY

City of location.

 

STATE

State of location

 

ZIP

Zip code of location.  Locations will be grouped by zip in the printed version of the charging stations.

 

LATITUDE

This is the latitude of the location.  This is how the station is actually located on the maps.  You can click on the "Lookup Decimal Lat/Lon" link if you want to look it up your addresses lat/lon.  Enter a decimal version rather than the deg-min-sec version.    This field is optional so you can leave it blank and I will look it up.

 

LONGITUDE

This is the longitude of the location.  This is how the station is actually located on the maps.  You can click on the "Lookup Decimal Lat/Lon" link if you want to look it up your addresses lat/lon.  Enter a decimal version rather than the deg-min-sec version.    This field is optional so you can leave it blank and I will look it up.

 

CHARGE TYPE

Charging stations are defined by the voltage then current rating for the circuit.

 

110/15A - this utilizes the most common outlet  | |

110/20A - the connector is similiar to the15A but has an additional horizontal pin  -| |

220/xxA - where 220 is concernted the desired connection is a four prong (14-50R) connector

220/xxA - the three prong electric range plug

       where xx is the amperage rating for the plug.

call/outside - specifies if the outlet is outside or to call for charge

 

PHONE

Phone number to contact for charging.

 

EMAIL

Email address of contact.  I may need to get some clairfication about your location.

 

COMMENTS

Any additional comments like "no need to contact, plug is on the in front of the garage"

 

SEND

Click SEND button when finished filling out form.  The information will be sent to me and I will enter your location into the charge station map.
