Correct SW problems in the KNC667 flight computer, Z8000 assembler, 6803 assembler and Pascal.
Correct SW problems in the GC360A weather radar, Z80 assembler.
Support SW changes in the SG465 EFIS display, PLM86.
Wrote problem tracking program for product support management, MS Access.

AlliedSignal Aerospace (ref. John Carocari, 913-712-2254)
January 1987 - Sept. 1995
Electrical Engineer, Flight Controls Products

I was project engineer for the KNS660 flight management system which consisted of software support using Z8000 assembler and Pascal languages. Software was developed on a VAX environment. This computer contained a database containing all the airports, navaids and waypoints in the world. I have also written some C utility programs used for development purposes. I was project engineer of the EFIS 40/50 electronic flight instrumentation system. This product interfaced to several types of avionics radios which required systems engineering expertise. The EFIS 40/50 is programmed in PLM86. Other experiences at AlliedSignal included flight testing, systems engineering, project management, systems requirements documents, ISO9000, and TQ.

Herrmann Consulting (KDP1000) (ref. Steve Stark, 800-328-4006)
May 1983 - July 1987
Part-time Software Programmer

Teaming up with a kitchen cabinet designer, we created the KDP1000 kitchen design program. This program allowed kitchen designers to rapidly produce graphical presentations of a kitchen. This program was marketed nationally. In 1990 Prestige Inc. purchased the program and is today distributing the program to their customers. I have been providing continuing support for software modifications.
